Deb - I use Nature's Miracle grooming spray (do not recommend!) and Nature's Miracle Gentle puppy shampoo, and BioGroom So Gentle Hypo-allergenic Creme Rinse. I never had a problem with his hair tangling so badly until the grooming trip. I don't know what she used, but he was sooo dry afterwards. Not being able to give his grooming the attention he needs only compounded the problem.
