ahh first night is sometimes hard, but it sounds like Luma is letting her get near her so that's a good sign. I am assuming the crate was in your room. When you bring her in bed you could try putting her in a small ring type bed, this way she might feel snug and stay put and you will not be afraid of rolling on her. Lola sleeps on our bed but in her own small bed and she really likes that. My sister's dog is older and sleeps on the bed but moves around a lot, one night she got in bed with Lola and I and her moving drove me crazy, the next night I put her in another little bed on my bed and she slept through the whole night without moving. Just an idea to try if you are having trouble getting her settled down. As I am sure you know you will need to have so much extra patience in the coming month, but I know you will be great mommy to Rosie just like you are to Luma
