He does not appear fat in your photo but I will say he is way over sized for a normal Yorkie.

It sounds critical for this pup to be seen by a vet right away. Make sure you tell the vet where you got him and that you are concerned about his inability to walk normally and that he is having problems walking and functioning as he should. It is not normal for a puppy not to be able to walk, run and play normally no matter what sized it is. There are plenty of larger breed pups that run and play despite their size.

One other thing is that I do see a Yorkie like coat on him. These pups many times have a thin coat. The Yorkie does not have an under coat like other dogs and they tend to get cold easily especially as puppies. They like to be picked up because they get warmth and comfort from being held. Try to make sure he has a warm place to cuddle up in and maybe a blanket when you can't warm him up yourself.
Oh no I think there is a misunderstanding. He can walk run do everything a puppy suppose to do but lazy kicks in quick. So he just lays there and rolls around. Vet says he is fine. We do not pick him up to take him to the kitchen anymore. Vet says that he is use to us doing that, so the pup has this idea that he can get it good that way, all the time if we keep doing it. Smart isn't he.

The puppy's brothers and sister are the same size as him, sister is smaller, parent was on site. I just think that the breeder may have lied on paper and to me when he was born cause vet doesn't think he is 12 weeks.
