Tibbe had been confined to a cage his first 9 mos. of age and was scared of grass, concrete and the house and the car and me and sounds in the house - TV, AC, fridge. Took him about a year to come around and lose 99% of his fears and become a happy and healthy dog. I pray this poor sweet baby can find a good life now outside of its hellhole and free. I hope the rescue homers are long-experienced with handling abused dogs.
