I dont believe in accidents. You let them both get to breeding age without spay and neutering and you knew your breeder didnt want them bred. I have a male and a female 1 month apart in age and when he was 6 mos old I had him in to the vet to be neutered so there would be no accidents. Jewels was spayed a month later at 6 months old also.
