I, personaly, love the bumpers and I am placing my order for Remy, my grand-dogs Ace and Zoie. I really don't need them in my back yard but when I think of the stress I have when visiting/traveling ! I can not alter other peoples and hotels fences!!!

Is there any kind of appeal process with your HOA board? I would think they would want your dog to be safe and would allow this modification to your fence.

I live in a lake community and have the coated chicken wire you speak of. My Remy can get under the wire. I have to go out to check any "openings" every few days. Remy manages to find any weak spot and of course the little guy (Ace) follows. I plan on using the bumpers when doing yard work etc so I can take my eyes off them for a few seconds
