You need to get VERY knowledgable about these two drugs, dosages and side effects....you must know about CHF and how it affects your baby.....this isnt an antibiotic that can be a hit or miss, guesstimation type of thing...you are dealing wqith a diseased heart and meds that affect heart muscle, rate, rhythm, and fluid and electrolytes.....you can kill your dog, playing vet. If you do not have the funds to even spend on this site, I feel horrible for you and your baby.....can you hock a piece of jewelry....gold prices are super and a broken necklace can get you enough for a vet visit....
