Oh my goodness. I am so sorry about your Sooki. Sweetie, if your baby has congestive heart failure, I don't think you need to self medicate him with anything.
I understand you are out of work, but is there anyway that you could borrow some funds from some family or friends? Perhaps look into Care Credit.
In the end, you could check with a Yorkie Rescue in your area. If you can't afford the meds and treatment for Sooki, maybe you could allow a rescue to take him in and give him the care he needs.
