How funny, most don't have their balls when they are really young, and it's important that they drop on their own, because neutering surgery is much less invasive if testicles have dropped. Some breeders say that humping is good for them because it stimulates the balls to drop, has Reign been watching doggy porn? By the way, scooting can indicate an anal gland problem, you might want to see if his anal glands are puffy, some dogs don't empty the glands by themselves and this will lead to scooting.
