I am so relieved to hear that he is through the surgeries and they went well! They sometimes keep them on the ventilator and even place them in a condition similar to a suspended animation. That way their body won't even have to attempt to breathe thereby giving it total rest and that will help his recovery. We will keep him constantly in our prayers along with you and the other family!
