He was doing okay going outside and actually started to let us know when he needed to go out. But now hes starting to pee on the floor again. We do encourage him to use the potty pad also but he just pees anywhere he wants now...

any other suggestions on potty training or is he just too young to even grasp the concept on not peeing on the floor?
Yorkies are so notorious for being difficult to potty train. By far, the hardest breed that I have encountered. They tend to regress at times - which this sounds like what yours is doing.

I think it's going to take consistency and a LOT of patience on your part. Since he is regressing, just start back at square one - as if you never trained him to go out or on a pad before. It's really easy to get frustrated so don't let that affect how you interact with him. Trust me - you will get frustrated. But just walk away, breathe, and start again with him. Praise praise praise for the correct act and hang in there.

Mandie will be a year old next week and she still has "accidents". Patience is something I never had before but have grown

Oh, and welcome to YT!
