If she were mine, I would be on the road. Has your vet suggested this? If not, then perhaps I am wrong...but it is all I know.
This condition is scary and they can go downhill quickly. The fact that her albumin is so low already puts her at very high risk.
I am sorry if I sound pushy. Just very worried about your girl.
