I have 3 growth charts which are identical except one chart only goes up to 22 weeks, one 24 weeks and a 3rd 26 weeks. By 22 weeks is it pretty much a done deal the weight they'll arrive to? One chart notes at the bottom that a yorkshire may be off by .5 to 1.5 pounds at the 18 month weight. So are they considered full grown by 18 months and when they say off, does that mean in either direction weighing more or less? That's pretty darn close!
