I hope little Trixie is doing better this morning. Rather than going between an emergency clinic and regular vet, I always opt for board certified internal med specialists in a 24 hour facility. Even a vet school if you have one close enough as their vets are also board certified.
They have the needed resources for diagnosing and treating serious conditions.
