Default Advice needed - housebreaking

I just got my 7 week old puppy last Thursday. I've been trying out different things I've read online to try improving my success rate but have had some troubles so far. Was hoping to ask some yorkie veterans to give this amateur a tip or two. We've been pretty successful with #2. She'll hold it in til our next trip outside and if she can't, she'll whine to get my attention. #1 on the other hand is a different story. Before I got her I bought into the hype of the puppy apartment. Worked for a little bit but now she'll wait til I let her out and go on the floor. I posted a copy of our schedule as of right now. Do you think my work schedule will interfere in her training to the point where I'll never be able to fully housebreak her? Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
