I'm not being rude. I'm mad yet another unsuspecting person got had. Keep in mind that the puppy lemon law protects you up to a year! Genetic defects don't always show up as a pup. Let's say your pup gets LP (mine has it) surgery may be required and is upwards of $2000 per knee. Julie should be held liable to pay it, not you, and certainly it's not fair that your pup is in pain (for example).
