I agree. When you buy a dog whether it is for pet or show, you shouldn't have to deal with life altering illnesses/faults. If someone is going to breed, they should breed good quality dogs that don't have these issues. Is an undescending testicle a life altering fault, it could be if a new yorkie owner doesn't know the health hazards it could progress to. Should a new yorkie owner have to deal with a pup with LPs or LSs? No. A reputable breeder would not breed these knowing what is in the line and a reputable breeder would also have a guarantee that they should stand by. JMO
