Yes Im making it public. This disgraceful human being Julie Soutullo is selling sick puppies for a fortune here in south Florida and shipping them all around the WORLD. It's illegal for her to do so since she has been arrested 6 times for selling sick puppies and not following the puppy lemon law. She lies about the age to make puppies look smaller and has been known for selling pups with parvovirus that die within a few days. Thankfully My baby is healthy but she never gave me the AKC papers she promised, rather sent me a cheap registry application typed at home. Which is not important to me but its the act of lying. She owned Dixie pups, poochie koochie and yorkilicious had to change the names often because there were thousands of complaints. Now she's selling them from her home in Aventura FL. She lied about her name and fooled me to feel sorry for her saying that he husband was dying and brother was on life support. I have a lawyer on the case and Im trying to save any animal lover from falling into the same trap. I wont stop until she stops shes inhumanely shipping puppies in from South America.
