1st question I honestly cant answer as my crew rarely go outdoors where there is grass/dirt....
2nd question.... we have a yorkie/shih tzu mix. She does the same thing and is a tiny 2 pound girl with a tiny tiny tongue!! She loves your nose and nostrils! We do discourage her from licking inside nostrils as this is just plain nasty, lol!! Can you imagine the germs they can pick up from human noses??? So, yes...on the nose kisses are just fine...but, in the nose kisses...no no!!!
