Glad to hear your kiddo is doing so well!! And no worries, there really can be significant bruising to all surrounding tissues, it's just damage to the local tissues and pooled blood...it will go away with time. If you see signs of pain, definitely give the pain meds. I gave pain meds preventively so that they didn't have pain.
