I don't know the particulars of how that disease works but I will take this opportunity to tell you that I am very very sorry that you lost your deal ittle baby. I know how it hurts and know the agony of questioning and wondering if there were more that should have been done. But likely it was just such a serious degree of illness or a blockage or clot occured, another organ became damaged and shut down or something like that that only a necropsy could hope to try to tell you. I hope and pray that in time your pain and hurt will begin to grow less and healing, good memories of your sweet baby are all that you are left with.
