If this is a new situation, in time smart dogs will learn that you will be back with the other dogs in time and usually stop going crazy trying to get you all back together. They learn that their barking and frantic behavior is unnecessary, that you don't come back as long as they are barking but later but that you do return, dogs and all. After a while, they usually tire of all that carrying on and start to wait and see if you do return. When you do, it starts to reinforce to them that you will be back and then they just give up calling you back and wait patiently.

But in the meantime, if you have unhappy neighbors with all of the noise, you might try getting one of those Bark Silencer-type machines that emits an ultrasonic noise when barking starts. It is sensitive to the sound waves of barking and will emit that noise that only the dogs can hear and it stops some dogs from barking and doesn't work on others. You might try that also. I don't think they are terribly expensive.
