I had acrylics for 5 years straight and boy were my "natural" nails a hot mess when I removed them. Horrible - stained- pitted and very soft. I keep my fingers natural and let them grow with clear on them - unless I go on vacay. When I break one, I cut them all done to match. Toes are another subject.... love the pedi's and go with bright bold colors I would never be brave enough do on my fingers.
