This is a thank you that I have wanted to post sooner, and I'm sorry that it took so long for me to say how wonderful Kristin's customer service was. I have always valued Kristin's input on YorkieTalk and her integrity, and my experience with her boutique was equally pleasant. I purchased many grooming supplies and some shampoo and conditioner from her. I often use Isle of Dogs #10, but with Gemy's advice to try their Royal Jelly shampoo, I purchased some from Kristin along with more Isle of Dogs Heavy Conditioner #51 and Detangling spray. I used these a few days ago, and I took some photos of Katie over the past three days. She has done a great deal of running around playing outside, and her hair is far from perfect in these photos, but you can see how shiny they make her hair.
