I figured it out. I was supposed to but yorkietalk's address in there
I sent a message to Admin on facebook. I did a screenshot of the traceroute and of the message I get when trying to load YT. Hopefully something can be done.If not, sometime tomorrow, I will actually contact my ISP and get them to change my IP address themselves. I tried and I obviously did something wrong because then I couldn't get anything to load lol
