Awww. Well I don't mean to be tough, want to help you make the right decision, and see you spend your money wisely. See a surgeon not another vet as a start. I want to see your boy live the best quality of life and that means surgery for a torn CCL. I wish you good luck with your decision and pray you'll not be scared of what will best help in this case.
