Going through one of those proxy websites will essentially do the same thing as changing your IP address. A proxy website will hide your IP address. Most people use proxy websites to log onto Facebook from work...stuff like that. Actually changing your IP address might get complicated. Here's a link:

I've never actually changed my IP address. But I actually considered it when this whole thing happened to me. I would recommend using a proxy website until the issue gets cleared up.
