That's great! Good for you! I'm really glad you brought this incident to their attention. I'm sure you feel better since you were able to "vent". And it sounds like they're taking it just as seriously as you are. You might just have saved another pup & owner from a traumatic experience like yours. Hugs to little Cupcake!
