Does the basket snap over a support in the front? I have to unsnap the basket and the basket then collapses and the support will move freely towards the handlebars. Then everything just folds up but if you have the basket up over the suppport you can't get the stroller to fold up. I'll try to take a picture of what I'm talking about.
