Been thinking while I was cooking, as she's 9 months old, I doubt a low protein diet will affect her too much as most of her growth is done.

The high ALT could be a result of eating something toxic to the liver. Amylase is a pancreatic enzyme and only slightly low, GGT involves the Gall Bladder, and again only slightly off. This does not look like typical enzyme results of dogs with LS to me (IMHO).
