I wouldn't worry, unless undesirable behavior is observed in different circumstances, and with different people. Don't let one brief encounter make you think your pup has a problem.
The vet who wanted to me know how to show Max who is boss (when he was behaving perfectly), had a lot of ideas that I don't support. I don't think she liked Yorkies.
