Did anyone hear about the newborn baby girl that was put in a plastic bag and set adrift in a river in Brazil? OH MY GOSH! What is the world coming to? I am just so upset today thinking about this horrific ordeal. Luckily she was rescued. Here's the link to the story..... you can see the video of the men pulling the bag from the river.

The mother was released from the hospital that day, after her and her baby were there for 2 mths. She went straight way and put her daughter in the river, because she couldn't care for her. She lied to the police and said that she gave her daughter to a group of homeless people and asked them to leave her somewhere, because she didn't want to see it..... Like that's supposed to be a better story! Why couldn't she just leave the poor thing at the hospital? This story has me so upset!
