I got my Yorkiepoo at 7 weeks. We are in an apartment also. He was semi pad trained when I got him but they used the double sided crate method. I tried using that pad training spray but it didn't really do the job.

I potty trained Mr B using newspaper on top of the pads. I put several layers of newspaper down, when he urinated I would remove the first top layers of newspaper but would leave a scented layer under new newspaper so the dog would know where to return the next tinkle time. He is now pad and outdoor trained.
