Ok with all the replies you got here, that's all you have to say? You're so concerned with paying 2k for a "teacup"? A Teacup is not even an actual category of Yorkies. You got ripped off. You can buy a puppy from a show breeder for less than that. I urge you to get this puppy checked out by your vet. Let that person know you know of the Puppy Lemon Law. She has been arrested before, she should know it.
According to the AKC, yorkies should not exceed 7 pounds. There is no official category of them being "teacup", also all yorkies no matter what the size are in the Toy group.
