Anywhere, WalMart even has them.
I myself never give my Yorkies vitamins during pregnancy. I've been told that they can produce larger pups and then cause difficulty during whelping for smaller breed dogs. I could be wrong thou and if anyone can provide info on why she should or shouldn't it would be helpful.
If she is healty and doing well than dont change anything. Could be that the pups are now getting bigger and are moving around causing her discomfort.
