Oh, gosh I'm just seeing this. What an awful thing for your poor baby to go through. Maybe it is common in their vet clinic for this kind of thing to happen but in my many years of experience of having animals neutered it has never happened to any of mine or the ones I have been responsible for, not to mention friends, family, etc. I hope you consider having him looked at by some other professional who can give an honest opinion. They would have had to do some ruff handling to cause that kind of tissue damage.
