Don't worry too much about your little furbaby while you are gone. I am sure he will be just fine. Have a wonderful trip! But we will be in touch before you go! PAT! Do you have any "Traveling and Eating Healthy" tips for Kara?

I think that I just posted something in the past week in regards to traveling and eating out.
I'm very proud of how good Kara has done with all that company and having to eat out so much. Good job, Kara!
The walking is very good for you also.
As far as eating in a foreign country, I'm sure Kara is already aware of it. I think she mentioned she'd been there before.

Avoid swimming in fresh water that could harbor disease.
Wash hands frequently.
Do not drink the tap water unless you know it is safe.
Be aware that ice cubes may be made with tap water.
Be cautious about dairy products.
