I put them back up and make them walk down the stairs. Keylo will jump off the couch onto her bed and ill take her say stairs only and make her walk down them. in the beginning it took me doing it a few times in a row but then she got the hang of what i was asking for. this has worked and she only does it in high play time now so i think she just needs a reminder cause shes too focused on play.
