Were you advised that surgery should be done? If so, and you are uncomfortable with that, I would strongly suggest a second opinion.

In the meantime, keep a VERY close eye on her and how much urine she is putting out. I had a pup with bladder stones recently and he did end up blocked and had a tiny rupture in his bladder...fortunately he is now fine.
