* Lastly, they are NOT listed by YTCA

Proceed with caution. If it's not a puppy mill, I'd be surprised.

Thank you for this very kind but informative post!!! I have adopted a puppy mill mom and its a devasting business that destroys living beings! Many people only see the puppy and never think of the mom and the hell she must live in.
