I agree with Deanna, it is hard to imagine that a vet would forget to remove a testicle. With the swelling and severe bruising, I think what you are feeling on him must be something else. The ball you feel is where the testicles were? I remember thinking my vet had messed up when I saw the two little round glands protrude midway between the penis and testicles. Can't remember the name of these glands.

Yes it is exactly where his testicles were. I am hoping it is something else but it feels just like a testicle. But hopefully it is something else and I am worrying for nothing.
