Our pup is about 4 mod. old. We decided to tether her so we could keep the closest eye on her when she was outside her play pen. It's working really well and we have been accident free for a couple weeks now but I don't trust her just yet. I know it's us who are potty trained right now because we know her schedule. As long as we stick to it, there are no problems. Tethering means she's got her harness on attached to a standard length leash and tied to my belt loop. She goes wherever I go and she's learning to walk on the leash at the same time. Working well for us.
