sorry your feeling so awful. i have been doing nasalcrome instead of zrytec which i find is helping me more..and i think mine are actually leveling out. i hope you feel better and find a solution i have heard wonders about the netti pot as well. i know how that feels at night and there is nothing worse. i hope you feel better asap.
