Oh god yes. Jackson is a BIG whiner!! He is very well trained, but it's just something I can't crack. I've tried ignoring, I've tried saying 'NO' etc. But if there is something he wants, he's determined to sit there and whine for it.
Ex: when we are visiting at my dads house and the cats are fed upstairs, he always sits at the top and whines until he can go lick the bowl
He knows what he wants, and knows he will get it, I guess, but yeah... He's a talker!
