The other thing that comes to mind is liver shunt. I thought I saw a thread around here where they will sometimes have similar symptoms. I would think a trip to the vet along with a full blood panel is in order. Or it could be neurologic. The other thing that came to mind was a seizure; however, I don't think they last 2 hours. Please also know that most Yorkies will not whine or cry out in pain but rather they tend shake when they hurt.
I would definitely take him to a vet - sooner rather than later. Good luck.
