I am not sure of just LP. The ones I have done were also torn ligaments. I would be afraid to give you an amount. They are not cheap but boarded surgeons never are.
Tell them hi from me...you will probably meet Kate...she is the client services coordinator and really nice. They all are...from the front desk to the back and he is awesome!
