I'm sorry this is happening... I'd have to say to get her to an ER for at least an xray to see what's going on. Blood will make them sticky 'down there', you can check by cleaning her with a damp, white paper towel, or a baby wipe. Too much can be going on at that age to be guessing.

Keeping Libby and your BIL in my prayers.

Or take her in to your regular/new vet on an emergency... they should be able to squeeze you in.
