Floppy Ears / To shave or not to shave that is the question?

Im looking for a new look for my girl Brandi. My 18 lb. Yorkie

She's no dossel gal, shes rough and tough and not too girly.

Im not sure what to do with her ears when I groom her. I like to keep her cut mid length since DD doesn't groom her as often as she should. But I never know what to do with her ears. I normally just give her ears straight cut across the botton.

Any suggestion?
