I have seen several post about "forbidden" etc and I think it has something to do with the new server. I also clear my pages..or refresh if I can't get on a site, sometimes that helps. I guess it is like the pc is looking at the last response and not trying to find a new page.
I think you need to pm the admin when you have the problems to let them know. They can't fix what they don't know about. Also.. try the yorkietalk fb page
