I was replying to a thread 3 days ago & I got that same message. Then, I got kicked off YT for 2 days. I went nuts trying to figure out why...changed IP, DNS servers, web poxy, did a traceroute...I was finally able to get back on yesterday. I'm still not sure exactly what happened.
